We ship from DFW via UPS/FedEx for cartons and LTL for pallets. Signature for high-value shipments. Transit damage must be photographed at delivery.
Samples and plain tape: Returnable within 14 days (unopened cases). Custom printed tape: non-returnable once approved for production, except for manufacturing defects.
Payment are processed by Stripe. We do not save card date. ACH is available for qualified customers. Tax-exempt order require a valid certificate.
